Shipment Protection

Our Client, a global Relocation Provider is looking for a Shipment Protection, and Quality Specialist to join their team in the Hammersmith area of London.

This role offers Hybrid working.

**Responsibilities;**
- Engage with all clients and make an effort to schedule a focused time to evaluate their options for Shipment Protection.
- Recognize all aspects of Shipment protection offers.
- Explain the possibilities to clients regarding their shipments.
- Ensure valuations are accurate, taking mould and mildew precautions, or outlining several possibilities.
- Send out confirmations to clients.
- Assist in the review of high-value claims to identify risk mitigation opportunities.

**Experience/Qualifications;**
- Experience in Sales, or related industries would be advantageous
- Knowledge of a second language would be beneficial
- Customer Service skills and knowledge of interactions with Supply Chains and Customers is required
- Understanding of Processes, and the ability to identify where improvements can be made
