CMA Recruitment Group are partnering with our Basingstoke client, an innovative, unique, and dynamic international business who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner.
This role will play a key part in Project Delivery providing end to end support throughout the project lifecycle, delivering robust budgets, track and report spend and contingency movements as well as managing risks and opportunities.

This is a brand-new role and will be part of an energetic, collaborative team supporting capital projects globally. It will suit a great communicator, relationship builder, innovative thinker and problem solver looking for a progressive career. Based inBasingstoke with some occasional travel both nationally and internationally.

**What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?**
- Supporting Project Delivery, optimising project costs, ensuring cost assumptions and the costing and tendering process is adequately challenged;
- Design and delivery of financial and non-financial analysis and insight to support with key budget, timetable, and scope decisions;
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, processes, and controls. Own the financial due diligence on suppliers;
- Coordinate input from broader project stakeholder group on assumptions that impact project capital costs;
- Ensure a comprehensive and timely project close and handover to internal clients.
- Part or fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA);
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with proven experience in influencing and challenging senior stakeholders to achieve successful collaborative outcomes;
- Ideally someone who is a natural catalyst for change and continuous improvement;
- Advanced Excel skills and aptitude for learning systems quickly.
