We are currently seeking an Insurance Risk Co-ordinator to join us on a permanent, full time basis with three days working remotely.

**The Role**
As an Insurance Risk Co-ordinator, you will support the delivery of an effective insurance service for our company.
Following all compliance procedures, you will manage the number of claims made against our insurance policies whilst aiming to improve uninsured loss recoveries.
With a focus on driving the continuous improvement of our service, you will identify and mitigate the root causes of losses and damages by investigating and escalating issues.
Additionally, you will:

- Share best practices with the customer service team
- Ensure customer service and insurance policies are followed consistently
- Support our Health and Safety policies
- Ensure all data is protected in line with FCA guidelines
**About You**
To be considered as an Insurance Risk Co-ordinator, you will need:

- The ability to build relationships at all levels both internally and externally
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills with confident telephone manner
Ideally, you will hold a CERT CII or be working towards completing this qualification.
