**Trainee Estate Agent - Basildon**

**Driving licence, own car and Sales Experience are all essential* - Fuel Paid**

**OTE up to £35k - Salary guarantee - up to £2k per month for your first 4 months**

**Generous Commission Structure - Up to £16k basic salary**

**5 day working week - Monday - Saturday**

**Day off during the week - No Sundays**

**Training provided by some of the industry's best**

**Trainee Estate Agent duties**
- Speak to clients both over the telephone and in person
- Chasing leads and keeping in contact with applicants/clients
- Book in & conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers & agree sales
- Carry out basic administration
- Generate and book in valuations

**Skills & experience**
- Sales experience
- Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
- Work as part of a team
- Positive, organised and reliable

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
