**Position Summary**:
The primary role of the Cleaner is to clean the building on a daily basis and provide support to the other team members. The Cleaner will assist the other team members with their tasks and ensure that the work area is maintained in a clean and attractive manner. The position requires the ability to prioritize and work independently.

Hours of work will be from 09:30 until 10:30 Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**:
**Clean and maintain the building grounds and common areas**
- Clean all assigned rooms (assist with moving supplies, dusting, cleaning windows, etc.)
- Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor in a timely manner
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Communicate with your supervisor regularly to ensure your tasks are being completed in a timely manner
- Utilize equipment to clean rooms including but not limited to vacuum cleaners, mops, scrub brushes, etc.
- Be able to work in multiple areas within the building including but not limited to apartments, offices, and common areas
- Ability to work in multiple roles within the building including but not limited to as janitor, custodian, and maintenance worker
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: £10.48 per hour
