**Duties**:

- Utilize HR software such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS to manage recruitment processes
- Supervise and coordinate employee training and development programs
- Oversee performance management procedures
- Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively to employees
- Conduct data analysis to support HR initiatives
- Present HR-related information to management and employees

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in human resources functions
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

**Nice-to-have Skills**:

- Experience with Taleo, PeopleSoft, or other HR software systems
- Previous experience supervising or managing teams
- Data analysis skills for interpreting HR metrics

Pay: From £35,149.00 per year
