Purpose:
This role supports the Aggreko Business Areas with Product Data Management requirements through Asset Creation / Identification, Document Control Management, tracking of Retrofits and System updates throughout the lifecycle of our Products.

The role will also Business Partner with its assigned portion of the business. They will be the Owner of relationship, specifically responsible for understanding customer needs, volume of transactional work, demands, provided expertise and develop solutions for business challenges and up and coming work.

By being part of the wider Global PDM team, they will be able to communicate and update of any impacts of data management changes both upstream and downstream.

What you'll do:

- _ Works within the Global framework to deliver accurate and quality input and data._
- _ Follows Standard Operating Procedures / Work Instructions._
- _ Responsible for ensuring Regional compliance._
- _ Works closely with relevant teams to gather data for Equipment/Product Data Sheets._
- _ Engages with Product Owners and local Fleet Managers on fleet optimisation plans to agree prioritisation of Product Data collection activities._
- _ Day-to-day changes in supported business systems (PLM, ERP, CPQ, FSL etc.)._
- _ Publishes Documents in PLM System._
- _ Updating retrofits, serial numbers, major component, product hierarchies._
- _ Creates items and part numbers in PLM / ERP._
- _ User Privileges, Super User Support, Issue Resolution, Testing and Training (in PLM)._
- _ Develops and maintains PDM relationships across the business._
- _ Understand customer needs, works with Pricing, Sales / Marketing, Product Management, Fleet and Operations etc. to establish current and future requirements_.
- _ Agrees Product Attributes with SME’s and ensures information is correct and consistently managed across PDM, ERP, CRM, product catalogue and system dependencies._
- _ Work with multiple Global Teams and build alignment around a shared vision._
- _ Ensure Business Resources are educated on end to end process and are clear on what they are accountable for._Evaluating what product information is required based on stakeholder and system requirements._
