**We have lots of children waiting for a fun person to come and join our wonderful team at Little Flyers West Calder within our 0-2 room**

Little Flyers have a unique and diverse outlook for children and staff in Early Years. Whilst not compromising on quality nor legislation, we are influencing and shaping the changes we believe are needed in the sector.

This is not only in the way we deliver Early Learning and Childcare, but also advocating the respect and value our educators deserve.

Our current Senior management team and leaders consist of three family directors, where one works as the business manager, operations manager, lead setting managers, development support manager, learning and development manager, room leaders and Little Flyers mentors
- Be qualified to SVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Be flexible in their working hours/pattern
- Be passionate about early learning and childcare
- Want to inspire and ignite curiosity in children
- Work well on your own and as part of a team
- Be keen to develop their professional knowledge and learning through CPD courses and in-house training.

**Most of all, an enthusiastic sense of humour, fun, empathy and a love of natural resources.**

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
