ASA are very excited to be working with our forward thinking client who has a fantastic track record in delivering solutions for a range of global projects. Working in Aberdeenshire, we are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic QHSE Coordinator on a permanent.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
Work with the team in ensuring that all company QHSE systems are utilised to their full potential and processes and procedures are adhered to
Assist with the continued development of the company QMS system including the introduction or improvement of relevant processes, procedures and systems of work
Conduct risk assessments as required, with the input of relevant stakeholders
Complete COSHH assessments
Being the focal point for the investigation of non-conformances, accidents, incidents and near-misses; establishing root causes and proposing suitable corrective actions to all stakeholders
Understand current legislative requirements relating to QHSE, and assist with the maintenance of the Legal Register
Be the focal point for client and certifying body audits
Prepare monthly QHSE reports, summarising relevant data for presentation to the board
Conduct periodic internal audits of the QMS system
Implement periodic audits on company supply chain partners
Effectively communicate matters relating to safety to all staff
Support the ongoing operations of the company by ensuring all tasks are completed in the agreed timeframe and meet internal and external requirements
Provide QHSE support across all business functions as required
The ability to use own initiative, and to be able to work individually or as part of a team

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Driven, Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic with a genuine passion for QHSE
3 years or more of experience within a similar role
NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, or similar recognised qualification
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage own workload effectively to meet deadlines as is necessary
Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts in a professional manner
Good computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Works effectively within a team or other work group as appropriate
Lead auditor training
Risk assessment and COSHH training
