As Meeting & Events Supervisor, you will be an ambassador for brand principles, culture and values, people who embrace outstanding service and keep it at the heart of everything they do.

You will be reporting into the Workplace Experience Manager they will be responsible for the delivery of on-site and virtual events and activations, working closely with the wider Curated Experience team including Go To Hosts and Lobby Hosts.

The Event & Meeting Supervisor will be open, have an eye for detail, friendly, customer focused and someone who consistently delivers a world-class customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**_**_
- Supporting the Curated Experience team with the delivery of Barclays corporate events programme and meetings
- Providing world class customer service ensuring our colleagues and guests have an outstanding experience
- Assist with the administration of activations and events, including booking forms, checking Insurances and RAMS, and sending out confirmations as required
- Develop and manage an end to end events process including the development of function sheets and an events calendar
- Part of the wider CuX team the CuX Hosts will cover duties of the Floor Hosts and Lobby Hosts as and when required
- Assist with the production and collation of the written copy for the events and activations to upload onto several platforms
- Manage certain activations on site from planning through to delivery, always ensuring a safe environment and a high delivery standard
- Building relationships with strategic third-party partners including local businesses, traders, and suppliers
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure the food and drinks served at events and meetings reflects the CuX Brand
