Transaction Management Lead - JLL Work Dynamics
**Role Summary**:
Transaction Management Lead for a large commercial real estate portfolio across EMEA, responsible for leadership of the function and reporting into Account Lead.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Managements of a team and acting as a “Go-To” for troubleshooting transaction issues and de-escalating risks
Acting as a single point of contact/ escalation point re transactions for the Client real estate team
Managing high scale transactions
Working with JLL network across the region and ensuring best broker support Reviewing and managing critical dates
Reporting & Governance management
Portfolio Optimizations initiatives coordination & presentation
Supporting with roll out of global account initiatives and implementing best practices
Key Requirements
Ability to lead, inspire and develop a team
A problem-solving approach and ability to think literally to create solutions
An ability and willingness to react quickly in an environment of change
Track record of delivering complex transactions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of financial modelling
RICS preferred
Track record of working with tech companies
