A key role in the Fleet Support Services Team working as a Fleet Support Specialist with the Fleet Support Services team.

The purpose of this role is to support all elements of the Fleet Support services team when required, to ensure the Redde Northgate deliver excellent customer service, keep the fleet fully compliant and control costs and down time. The role will also support new business Tenders, fleet and customer integrations plus any project related worked required at the direction of the Fleet Services Ops manager.

The role is key to ensuring that Redde Northgate have an effective and efficient Fleet support services operation.

You will be operating in both a customer facing and business to business role. Key attributes to this role are strong customer skills, attention to detail, data analysis and effective planning.

The role requires that you work as part of the larger Fleet Support services team to deliver excellent customer service and control the fleet compliance and operational costs.
