Main purpose of the job
To manage financial control, risk management and group reporting to ensure effective and sustainable delivery of LHC Group strategy and operational plans.
To ensure that the managed functions are developed and operated in accordance with the requirements of the LHC Group.
To work with the Group Managing Director and Senior Management team to shape LHC Group strategy and to formulate and execute plans for its effective delivery.
To ensure that the behaviour and performance of the managed departments is in accordance with the levels expected within the LHC Group and supports the LHC Group vision, mission, and values.
To play a fundamental and strategic role in shaping the further development of the business.
To oversee the Governance functions of the Group, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and manage external legal support relationships.
