Damp Surveyor

We are looking for a surveyor to carry out damp inspections for our well established company. The work will mainly consist of inspections to social housing and rental properties suffering from dampness, report writing and developing relationships with customers.

Day to day duties would include arranging inspections, visiting properties with damp issues and providing solutions for the housing associations/landlords. Our properties are all within the North East.

Ideally the applicant should have, or be working towards, CSRT, CSTDB or CSDB qualifications.

C.S.R.T. - Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment

CSTDB - Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings

CSDB - Certificated Surveyor of Dampness in Buildings

Initially own transport desirable. Transport may be provided in the appointment is made long term.

Wage negotiable on experience. Bonuses and commission can be discussed. Potential to increase earnings by developing own clients and carrying out more surveys.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
