My client are well recognised **manufacturer of water boosting and pump solutions and are**currently needing a HR Administrator to join the business on a part-time basis to help support multiple business functions. During busier periods there mayalso be the opportunity to work more hours during the week, however this is optional.
As HR Administrator you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking compliance and H&S information as well as assisting the QHSE Manager and HR & Business Support Manager to fulfil the department’s responsibilities.
Ideally, as HR Administrator, you will have experience working as part of a HR function previously, be an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask as well as upholding strict adherence to client and employee confidentiality.
**Key roles & responsibilities as HR Administrator**:

- Monitor and respond to the department’s Compliance mail box
- Complete Customer H&S/Compliance questionnaires (forms and portals)
- Administrative updates of Risk Assessments, COSHH, Policies (as per H&S Manager)
- Update other QHSE and HR documents as required
- Maintain H&S accreditation portals (CHAS, Safecontractor, Constructionline, Avetta, Altius)
- Coordinate sub-contractors approval process
- Arrange and record H&S training
- Complete and record DBS checks
- Arrange and record fire extinguisher servicing
- Complete and record annual driving licence checks via DVLA’s website
- Record accidents and maintain accident statistics spreadsheet
- Schedule H&S meetings.Produce agenda and minutes
- Create minutes for HR meetings
- Create new starter packs
- Complete and coordinate security clearances for Service Engineers
- Schedule QHSE & HR reminders
- Keep QHSE instructions folder updated with new instructions and process changes
