THIS ROLE WILL BE A PART-TIME JOB SHARE ROLE

**About the role**:
**Goods in**
- Ensuring that at least 90% of deliveries are booked into the calendar for the Warehouse to have sight of before they arrive
- Checking goods in sheets against delivery notes to ensure they are accurately counted by the warehouse team
- Liaising with delivery drivers and explaining any issues
- Signing off delivery driver notes and keep a signed copy
- Entering stock onto the system
- Address any issues with Warehouse team professionally and courteously
- Ensuring accurate pallet labels are on all pallets in the Warehouse

**Look up list**
- Checking movement sheets for daily deliveries
- Regularly updating the look up list
- Ensuring the look up list maintains at least 90% accuracy on a weekly basis
- Ensuring best before dates are accurately maintained and flagged
- Movement sheet management with FLT operators, including additional training and guidance where needed

**Damages**
- Management of damage sheets
- Ensuring a reason is logged for each stock damage
- Reporting monthly damages to the Warehouse Management team
- Suggesting ideas for reducing damages

**Stock control**
- Biweekly count of racking / rows
- Taking delivery bookings
- Updating smalls quantities
- Sample requisition for buyers

**Other duties**
- General administration support
- Running and analysing reports when required
- Supporting the logistics function during busy period as well as covering the logistics function during periods of absence
- Contributing to making sure work instructions / SOPs are kept up to date and accurate
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties or tasks requested by a Team Leader, Manager or Director
- Working overtime when required to assist with role and duties plus stocktaking x 2 per year, normally on weekends
