**Engage Education are currently working in partnership with a special educational needs school to support learners with a range of needs including Autism, SEMH and other complex learning needs.**

**Starting immediately, Engage Education are looking for outstanding SEN Teaching Assistants to work at a school in Cleckheaton on a full time basis with the view to becoming a permanent employee at the school.**

**We are looking for a teaching assistant to work with students in Y10 who are working at a KS2 level.**

**Your Role**:

- Supporting a learners with a range of needs
- Working with other support staff to engage pupils in class
- Providing feedback to teachers and parents
- You will be assisting pupils with Complex Communication and Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties and other Learning Disabilities

**What you will need**:

- A range of behaviour management techniques
- To have worked with learners with a range of needs
- The ability to engage a young person in learning through a range of methods
- To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time
- A resilient attitude
