HR Advisor

**HR Advisor** | Permanent | Nottingham | Up to £28,000
Are you passionate about developing your **HR** Career?We are looking to recruit a **HR Advisor**, you may already be working at this level, or you may be working towards/or recently gained your **CIPD Level 5** and have a couple of years experience within **HR**, if this is you, this might be a great role.Working across dual sites (both Nottinghamshire based), within the Engineering sector, you will be responsible general **employee relations**, **salary bench marking**, **recruitment**, supporting and enabling managers and other **HR** tasks.

Working with the **HR Lead**, you will provide a pro-active, comprehensive **HR** service to managers and employees.Working across the full **employee life cycle**, from **recruitment** through to exit.
You will be great at building effective relationships with employees at all levels, provide advice and guidance on a range of **HR policies** and **HR-related issues**.You will enhance **employee engagement** and work cross-functionally to design and implement continuous improvement ideas.
Daily tasks will include reviewing and updating **HR policies** and procedures and ensure they are fit-for-purpose.You will manage sickness absence in line with company policy and provide advice on **ER** matters such as general enquiries, **reward and development**, capability investigations and **grievances**.You may implement **HR projects**/strategies and will support change management processes whilst also ensuring **HR** records are maintained and in line with relevant legislation and company procedure.
