**We are looking for a enthusiastic, hard working individual to join our team of bakers We are a local family run business that strive to produce the best bakery products around Everything we make is homemade and handmade, we love the fact that we are basically just a large scale home baking team This is why we have become so popular as our products have the unique homemade taste that you get from baking at home**

**We supply wholesale to cafes/shops from Fraserburgh
- Inverness area including our own two cafes
- MNMS café in Nairn & MNMS café in Elgin. We also have our online shop where customers can order on TikTok or our own website Rizzas of Huntly also ship our products around the whole of Scotland, so you can pretty much get our goodies everywhere in the UK**

**The job itself is very rewarding seeing the product from start to finish, the usual working shift pattern is 10am-2pm however this can runover sometimes to 2.30pm. You day is structured with a list of products for you to make within the time frame you are there for. You are expected to do everything the job requires
- i.e baking, cleaning your working area and cleaning the bakery itself. We also do packing of products and packing of orders for customers.**

**Baker Responsibilities**:

- **Following recipe guidance.**:

- **Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, pies, cakes, etc.**:

- **Decorating and displaying finished products.**:

- **Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.**:

- **Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments, and providing exceptional customer service.**:

- **Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.**:

- **Ensuring stock rotation and creating restock requests, as necessary.**:

- **Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.**:

- **Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.**:

- **Deep Clean bakery when required.**

**Baker Requirements**:

- **Ability to closely follow direction.**:

- **Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.**:

- **Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.**:

- **Basic math and computer skills.**:

- **Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfil orders, and create amazing baked goods.**:

- **Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability.**:

- **Ability to work in hot, hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items from time to time.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.90-£11.30 per hour
