Proactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant looking for their next step in their career, or an established Branch Manager to join our existing team based in Hanley, Stoke on Trent.

- Hands on with business development
- Developing your recruitment team
- Booking and attending visits with current and future clients
- Managing the sales in the office
- Building client relationships and managing accounts
- Recruiting office staff across multiple disciplines
- Carrying out all compliance tasks

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Recruitment at a senior level or existing Branch Manager experience.
- Face to face sales or customer service skills
- Self-assurance and confidence, with a committed attitude to learning
- A motivated and tenacious approach
- An engaging personality - a positive attitude and great sense of humour
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence (or currently learning to drive)
