We are currently looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our team as part of the ECI works. This role will move from ECI into Construction and will be based at our Delamere offices.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Effective resolution of all customer contacts received.
- Identification and delivery of community investment opportunities.
- Analysis and management of stakeholder relationships.
- Support the Environmental Planners on.
- S278 agreements for permanent access points.
- Public right of way closures.
- Support the construction team including contractors, construction supervisors and project manager construction on.
- Identifying, developing, and implementing project constraints in relation to customer, stakeholder and third part agreements.
- Agreeing access haulage routes,
- Restrictions on work timings to minimise local impact such as on schools and local event.
- Handling customer complaints brought to your attention.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in Public, Stakeholder and Customer Relations role.
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Full Clean Driving License.
