Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and sales support

Prepare and submit sales orders and invoices

Maintain customer records and update the CRM system

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders

Previous trade counter experience is essential

Basic math skills for order processing and calculations

Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to upsell products or services to customers

Ideally a car driver

Please note - Working hours for the role are 6.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
