**QA Tester / QA Test Engineer - Mid-Level**

**QA Tester / QA Test Engineer - Mid-Level** Spec**:
As a test engineer you will ensure all code is of the highest quality - meeting each ticket's testing requirements before allowing the code to be progressed into production.

You will be expected to build and update automation scripts that can be run as part of the CI pipeline to ensure that changes do not cause any kind of regression to behaviour.

You will also be responsible for designing and building a number of tests including:

- **API tests** to programmatically deliver an automated way to test APIs
- ** Integration tests**, where individual software modules are combined and tested as a group.

You will keep in regular contact with the developers to coordinate updates to test suites in readiness for code changes as well as debugging issues that arise during testing.

As an exceptional Business Change Manager you will have:

- A track-record of success in similar Business Change Manager roles, possibly obtained in the financial services, banking, consultancy, tech, transport, FMCG, retail, or public sector.
- Experience of working closely with Project Management teams to develop complex process changes as required, and implement large-scale, lasting business change.
- Experience of working in a structured Prince 2 project environment and the Agile approach to development.
