**The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the Leeds area. We are looking for an experienced Yard Man with FLT Counterbalance to join the team.**

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (overtime available)

**Pay Rate**: £11.30 per hour PAYE, time and half over 40 hours

**Location**: Leeds, LS12

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**The role**:

- Your main duty would be maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards in our portable toilet units (i.e. using the vacuum pump to remove waste, restocking and replenishing etc)
- Undertaking basic maintenance and repair tasks as needed to ensure the yard and portable toilets are in optimal condition.
- Assisting with various tasks as required to support overall yard operations.
- Operating the FLT Counterbalance to move the portable toilets.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience within a similar role.
- A valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical tasks.
- Being accustomed to working outdoors and in varied weather conditions.
- Basic handyman skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Punctuality and reliability.
