With our client based in Rochdale, we are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their fast paced growing business. You will be reporting to the Ordering Manager, communicating with both internal and external colleagues and customers. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (hybrid working after training)
**Duties**:
- Placing orders across offices including Germany
- Ordering appliances and dealing with Site queries
- Check all orders are received and log jobs through Excel
- Manage delivery dates
- Produce daily KPI’S
- Maintain a full communication service to our contract client base
**Profile**:
- Looking for someone who has strong administration experience
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong IT skills - across Microsoft Office Packages
- Previous knowledge of the Kitchen industry would be beneficial
