Receptionist/Transport Co-Ordinator - £25,000 Permanent - Northallerton

Purpose
- To execute reception role and responsibilities in a professional, customer focused and courteous manner ensuring the customer experience and company image is presented as a positive one.

Primary Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
- Visitor management and hospitality including bookings, greetings, setting up meeting rooms and compliance with safety procedures - controlling access via the reception desk monitoring logbook, issue visitor badges.
- Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to caller needs.
- Plan, co-ordinate and execute company transport requirements including booking deliveries, CMR completion, completion of transport declarations, obtaining best quality, cost and delivery performance possible.
- Support the finance team with credit control and month end processing activities.
- Order and manage office and onsite catering supplies for the business and visitors, obtaining best quality, cost and delivery performance possible.
- Order and manage chemicals for customer orders including deliveries, obtaining best quality, cost and delivery performance possible.
- Adhere to general housekeeping and 5S rules ensuring the team always maintaining a clean, tidy and organized working environment.
- Attend functional and business meetings as required and support other departments in order to meet Company objectives.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
