**Job Purpose**:
To support the objectives and management of multiple SPS clients, while working with Onsite Management, Client
Service Managers, Area Managers, to achieve a culture of service excellence and maximise opportunities.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with External and Internal Clients, through effective management, measurement, and optimisation of services for assigned sector.
- Resolve incidents and problems against each client SLA or OLA and ensure the client is kept updated at all the times.
- Complete task on daily, weekly, and monthly client checklist.
- Monitoring and administrating systems to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Ensure all clients requirements and specifications are fully understood and followed.
- Producing internal and external management reports.
- Retrieve and record statistic for client requests and invoicing.
- Work with PMO Managers and developers on both existing and new client projects.
- Fully investigate all complaints received and ensure that corrective and preventive action are fully investigated, implemented, and escalated.
- Comply with all Company policies, data security and quality initiatives.
- Utilise Support Centre to manage and respond to customer tickets.
**Person specification**:
**Skills/Competencies**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of document processing.
- High level of experience in multiple document processing disciplines
- The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Strong communication skills capable of clear presentation to colleagues and Management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of mapping operational processes and workflows.
- Structured, organized, methodical and diligent.
