REED Education is supporting a First School in Redditch that is looking for a Bursar to begin as soon as possible.

The role of Bursar is a varied role, providing effective leadership support to the Headteacher and SLT. The Bursar will contribute to the development of a strong and effective School.
- A degree qualification or equivalent
- A professional qualification in either business management/accountancy or human resources
- Management within a public/private sector setting
- Good knowledge of financial procedures and regulations in schools
- Have a good mind at problem solving.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Be friendly, proactive and enthusiastic and be a team player.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have a calm, positive and professional demeanour.
