**Role Overview**:
As a Care Assistant, you will deliver bespoke care and support to our clients in their homes. This role involves aiding with personal care, household tasks, and promoting mental and physical well-being through engaging activities, respecting their dignity and independence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Personal care assistance, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
- Household management tasks like light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Engaging clients in activities that promote their mental and physical well-being.
- Administration of medication and maintaining detailed care records.
- Compliance with all policies and regulatory standards.
