**Job Summary**

The Sanderson Projects business is experiencing rapid growth, is the focus for the Group, and we are looking for a Service Delivery Partner to join our experienced team and grow with us on this exciting journey.

The role will evolve as quickly as you want it to; with the opportunity to manage the customer side of our engagements, develop the relationships into other parts of our client base to increase the breadth of our services and participate in our interviewingservice.

**Required Skills Experience**

We are looking for a professional, energetic person, with a natural talent for building genuine and quality relationships at all levels. You must have a keen eye for detail and a desire to solve problems promptly and effectively. You will be given responsibilityfor the Associate Management on our largest account, maintaining regular contact with all Associates, ensuring that they have all that they require to provide our customer with the level of service they expect and documenting your contact effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for the management of our growing customer base, working closely with them via VC, phone and site visits to ensure a Quality service for our clients.
- Support our Service Delivery Manager with the On-Boarding of new Associates across our client base.
- Monitoring the performance of our Associates with clear documentation of their progress.
- Continuously deliver excellent service levels to the customer in accordance with the agreed SLAs/KPIs.
- Participating in our interview service, analysing Cognitive Behavioural Analysis reports and presenting the information to our Interview team.
- Joining the Interview team - developing the skillset required to confidently assess our shortlisted applicants, and make the decision as to whether or not they are the right cultural fit for our clients and their Sanderson Projects Teams.
- Working closely with Director of Sanderson Projects to identify the opportunity for service expansion and opportunity for Group Sales.
- Tracking of Associates once they are Off-Boarded from our service into other potential clients.
- Proactive and effective communication & information sharing to the Sanderson Projects team at all times.
