**What does the role of a Girls' Academy Goalkeeping Coach involve?**

You will plan, deliver and evaluate innovative and engaging high quality coaching sessions to challenge and develop players in line with the FA Regional Talent Club (RTC) Tier 1 licence. On a matchday you will be required to manage, coach and assist designated goalkeepers. You will also provide formal feedback to players and parents on a regular basis.

This role will involve working evenings and weekends.

**Your coaching background**

We are looking for someone with experience of coaching female players in an FA Centre of Excellence programme. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with parents, players and colleagues. It is essential that you have a UEFA B Certificate in Coaching Football.
