_**Are you an experienced Pre-Employment Tutor, looking for a new challenge?**_

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent **Pre-Employment Tutor, **delivering on a **national basis.** Delivering a face-to-face classroom 5-day Pre-Employment courses, covering the following qualifications: Lean Organization Management, Business Improvement Techniques, Facilities, Cleaning, Employability and Environmental.

**Pre-Employment Tutor Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training and assessment on a variety of short course qualifications up to Level 2
- Deliver classroom-based employability courses to the unemployed
- To support learners in achieving their goals through
- Embed wider topics: safeguarding, Prevent, EDI and British values
- Embed maths, English and ICT
- Adapting/developing appropriate learning materials
- Recording and providing feedback to learners continually on their programme
- Complete attendance records and provide information for tracking student progress in their place of learning
- To share best practice and recourses in training, learning and assessment
- Participate in standardisation meetings
- To prepare, maintain and monitor the training/workplace environment to meet Health and Safety standards
- To be compliant with all required administration duties
- To be flexible in supporting the required needs of the business
- Be committed to continuous professional development

**Skills/Behaviours**:

- Show an appreciation of safeguarding issues and an ability to contribute towards a protective environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both at a written and spoken level
- IT literate
- Ability to work across all levels and engage with people accordingly
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail and high-quality work
- Good personal organisation, time management and administrative skills
- Self-motivated and effective team player

**Knowledge/Experience**:

- Hold a full teaching qualification
- An understanding of Safeguarding and Prevent
- Ideally have experience of delivering L2 Lean organisation management, Facilities, Cleaning, Employability and Environmental.
- Working towards or hold the A1/TAQA/D32/33 Assessor qualification
- Have experience of training in an educational or workplace environment
- Have relevant industrial experience (warehouse/manufacturing/cleaning)
- To be flexible and demonstrate adaptability to meet the challenges and demands of the roles
- Have an understanding of compliance paperwork and reviews
- Demonstrate behaviour consistent with educational values

**Company Benefits**:
