**JOB SUMMARY**

**Purpose**

The manufacturing of a wide variety of aircraft interiors products within a low batch high mix manufacturing environment. The role will be working within a small dynamic team responsible for the assembly of spares components to meet required quality standards and satisfy customer demand in a busy Aerospace manufacturing facility.

Primary Responsibilities
- Produce work documentation to support production schedules.
- Carrying out of secondary operations to support production schedules.
- Part identification to maintain the traceability of all components and assembled parts.
- Use of hand tools and some mechanical equipment used in the assembly of basic components.
- Packaging of finished goods in line with industry standards for road, sea and air cargo.
- Understands and fully complies with all company health and safety policies.
- Always demonstrates a good duty of care and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Shows a commitment to quality.
- Help maintain satisfactory business delivery and quality targets.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and drive efficiency.
- Willing to cross train in other relevant skills to support business needs when required.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- A strong work ethic
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Ability to take on and follow instructions accurately and feedback information.
- Good communication skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft software
