**Job Description** Job Purpose**
An integral part of the Reward Team, working closely with the Benefits & Pensions Business Partner and the rest of the HR team to support the delivery of Evelyn Partners benefits and reward propositions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with our benefits advisors and third party providers to ensure the efficient processing of monthly voluntary benefit changes.
- Provide monthly benefits data to payroll to ensure correct deductions from employee salaries for new benefits set up
- Carrying out affordability and National Living wage checks prior to benefit set up and post benefit / payroll reconciliation once benefit has been put in place.
- Day to day administration of our pension schemes including payroll, new joiners, contribution changes and scheme leavers for our UK, Jersey and Dublin company schemes.
- Responsible for responding to benefit and reward related queries from employees and third parties, working closely with the HR Services and Business Partnering Teams.
- Support the team in the delivery of the annual benefits election and wider reward activity during annual pay reviews.
- Support the wider HR team by providing reward analysis and data reports when required.
**Key Skills and Experience**
- Experience working within HR Administration/ HR Services would be desirable
- Previous HR and benefits experience or knowledge would be desirable
- Good analytical and numerical skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets
- Articulate with excellent written and verbal skills

- Degree-level educated preferable but not essential
