Due to continued expansion, we are currently recruiting full time CCTV (PSS) Controllers for Bedford Town Centre Control Room.

**Job description**
- The job is monitoring live/reactive CCTV responding to incidents as required and dealing with Out of hours calls.
- The position requires a strong work ethic, keen observation, customer service skills and ensuring the confidentiality of all information in accordance with current legislation.
- You will liaise with third parties such as Police and other relevant bodies, so a good customer service focus is required.

Shifts:
Full time permanent night shift on a 4 on 4 off pattern consisting of 12 hours each shift

**Qualifications**:
Security CCTV SIA License is required, if you don't have one then you must be willing to attend a CCTV SIA 3 day course.

**Skills**:
Communication, written and oral are an essential requirement for the role, as is the ability to work under pressure.
An element of the role is customer focused, handling Council out of hours emergency calls, that require a diplomatic approach with customer care at the forefront of the service.
