Naru Instructor

To deliver effective NARU education modules, both theory and practical. To assist with research, design and delivery of all aspects of NARU and HART training, including training information sheets, competency development and training packages. To assist with the administrative functions of NARU and HART training, to ensure that the training is effective. To assist in the development of additional courses / modules and undertake duties as required by the project and associated work streams.

To be prepared to undertake further training and development appropriate to the role. 10. To be prepared to work away from home with accommodation. 11.

To adopt a flexible approach to the working week, this may on occasions involve travelling on weekends. 12. To work within a changing environment, both in terms of training and delivery. To recognise and accept personal development needed to meet this changing environmental demand.
