MYM Recruitment are currently recruiting for our existing Mid-Ulster client, a leading provider of recycling and resource recoverysolutions, with locations across the United Kingdom and Ireland. They are currently recruiting an **Accounts Administrator** who will complete the day-to-day finance processing and associated administrative work focusing mainly on sales processing and purchase ledger processing.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:

- Purchase ledger processing, eg matching invoices to GRNs & POs, coding and processing and filing, setting up new suppliers, recording POs and maintaining PO file.
- Sales ledger processing onto NAV.
- Setting up new task sites and customers when required.
- Meet and greet visitors to reception.
- Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Collecting and sending all agency timesheets on a weekly basis.
- Issuing blank and collecting completed driver timesheets for sending to manager for approval.
- Contacting customers to reschedule collections when required.
- Liaising with drivers re collections.
- Collating and filing daily weighbridge dockets.
- Prepare and send all End Destinations quarterly.
- Complete Recycling Certificates and issue to ROI customers.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good work ethic
- Basic numeracy
- Good attention to detail
- Experience in Microsoft Nav would be beneficial.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toome: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
