Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure proper coating thickness and coverage
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
- Operate curing ovens to bake coatings onto parts
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while handling chemicals and operating machinery

Qualifications:

- Experience in powder coating or painting within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring and mixing coatings
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
