**LC-MS QToF Analyst**

**Role open to a range of experience levels from £35,000 up to £55,000**

**Based in Greater Manchester - commutable from Warrington, Altrincham, Knutsford, Stockport, Manchester**

A truly Global company that provides services to the Pharmaceutical industry is looking to appoint an experienced Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry - Quad Time of Flight (LC-MS QToF) Analyst to their state of the art facility in Greater Manchester.

**Duties**:

- Perform controlled, forced or simulated use extractions of container-closure systems, devices or manufacturing equipment, analyze extracts for non-volatiles by LC-MS QTOF in support of pharmaceutical product development or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Develop methods for compounds on stability, write and review study protocols, and generate study reports
- Lead internal initiatives that enhance the operational excellence of the team
- Interface with internal partners to interpret complex analytical data; including quantitative, structural elucidation and toxicological assessment

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with significant and relevant experience
- Experience managing a team an advantage
- Conversant in the regulatory requirements
- Ability to design experiments and draw meaningful conclusions from lab data
- Experience with polymer resins or material selection for the design and manufacturing of packaging systems preferred
