As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with customers. Your dynamic role will include both sales and marketing responsibilities, making this an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

**Sales**: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, demonstrating needs, and closing sales.

**Marketing Support**: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.

**Customer Education**: Educate customers benefits to help them make informed decisions.

**Customer Feedback**: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the management team to continuously improve the customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
