**Job summary**:
The Legislative Drafting Office requires an experienced legislative drafter to join the Office, which consists of a team of legislative drafters, aided by an editorial team, who draft Laws for enactment by the States of Jersey and the King in Council, Regulations to be made by the States of Jersey and Orders to be made by Ministers. The Office also prepares amendments to legislation on behalf of Ministers, Scrutiny Panels and individual States Members.
