We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Handy Person for a well-established company based in Cambridge on a full-time, permanent basis.

This will be a mobile based role across the Cambridgeshire area. Typical duties for a Maintenance Handy Person will include but not be limited to - carpentry works, decorating, repairs to site, assisting in small decorating projects, assist the engineering team in weekly fire alarm testing and emergency light testing.
- Previous experience in a similar in a handy person/building maintenance environment
- Able to work independently and prioritise daily tasks
- IT literate and able to use Smart Mobile Tablet
- Strong communication with team and customers
- Full UK driving licence
- Physically fit
- NVQ Level 2 or above in a building related trade (desirable)
