If you have experience of working in a call-centre environment or an administration role with lots of customer contact, this Claims Administrator role within insurance industry could be a logical next step in your career.

The role is a 6 month fixed term contract - in a busy team with plenty of work to keep you busy and learning new skills.

The company is located in Central Wilmslow, easily accessible from the train station - they also cover the cost of staff parking

The team you’ll be joining is the beating hear of the organisation, working closely with all departments, company-wide - providing a one-stop shop for the end to end services on offer.

**_ Key Accountabilities_**
- To efficiently and accurately register new Claims and effectively assist with the representation of the first interface between the customer and the company.
- To efficiently and accurately log, record and assign all new items of post.
- To liaise with other companies, internal departments, and employees as appropriate in order to minimise the inconvenience to the customer and maximise the efficiency of the claim’s registration and post receipt procedure.
- To gather and collate information, to assist Claims Handlers with the effective handling of all claims including follow up calls where needed.
- To ensure our Clients and Business Partners are provided with regular and timely updates.
- To ensure in-house system is updated with information received from our Clients and Business partners.
- To ensure that all new claims and post have associated tasks assigned to them and within agreed KPI/SLAs.
- A responsible attitude championing company values at all times.
- To carry out ad-hoc administrative duties when required.
- Ensure ongoing adherence to company, industry, and regulatory requirements.

You’ll be a great communicator, internally and externally with a track record in excellent levels of customer service - this role would suit someone looking to get away from a shift pattern and into a regular Monday - Friday ‘9-5’ role.
