**Night Security needed in Portsmouth, £10.32ph - Reference: 5223271**
Working a shift on a rota covering the following days & hours:
Monday to Sunday 4.45pm to Midnight
Monday to Friday 4.45pm to 9.15am
- You will be responsible for monitoring and managing risks to residents.
- To monitor and report entries of residents & visitors, and to report all resident contract breaches.
- To conduct a security check using CCTV and in house systems to ensure that the person seeking entry is a resident, or authorised visitors.
- To permit entry to all authorised resident(s) and authorised visitor(s).
- To decline entry to all unauthorized resident(s) and visitor(s)
- Respond to health & safety issues.
- Respond to incidents.
- To identify and report all necessary repairs to the premises, and any owned furnishings, fittings and white goods.
- To respond to fire alarm emergencies.
- To talk to residents & liaise with external professionals in conjunction with the duties of the post.
**This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.**
