**We have an exciting Retail Sales Consultant opportunity available at our Natuzzi Italia Cardiff Bay store.**

We have the opportunity to join our Natuzzi Italia team and be part of a world leading luxury brand. Natuzzi Italia is the world’s best known furniture brand, designing sofas, chairs, tables, beds and more to create harmony throughout the home.

This is a full time role working 5 full days a week, but would also consider 4 days a week if it suited the applicant.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
You will play a significant role as one of our key team members, selling excellent quality products to our customers

Your time will be spent working closely with your colleagues ensuring we offer every customer a special in-store experience, helping them find products to suit their needs and bring harmony to their homes.

You will be expected the have and interest in interiors and design and able to learn 3D planning tools to work with our customers.

We offer full onsite and in store training, and we will provide coaching and support throughout your career You will be based in Cardiff and will be given all the skills, knowledge and product tools you need to help you achieve your own personal and our collective store targets.

You will confidently approach customers in a friendly manner and use your outgoing personality to build a lasting relationship with our customers.

From here you will be using your negotiating skills to close sale opportunities and earn sales commission for your achievements.

We offer a basic salary plus our un-capped sales commission, will give you the opportunity to earn based on your ability to upsell and close Sales.

**What we are looking for in our Sales Consultant**:

- We’re looking for a brand ambassador for colleagues and customers alike who is tenacious in their ability to achieve goals.
- Be passionate about delivering a high standard of service Well-presented and confident in speaking to customers and making a lasting impression
- Knowledge and experience of selling furniture is preferred but not essential
- Good computer skills and ability to learn or use 3d design tools
- Driving and car essential for the job
