No1 believes pre flight lounging should be for everyone making it easier for our guests to eat drink and relax in style before they fly.

**Role**

As a Team Host, you will deliver excellent service and champion the guest experience across the lounge. You will work as part of a team and are multi-skilled to perform a variety of roles within the lounge. You are a brand ambassador for No1 Lounges and engage with each guest to deliver a great experience every time.

This is a multi-skilled role with excellent training provided for each of the below areas;
- Bar: As a bartender, you provide a speedy but personable service, maintaining consistently high levels of drinks service and aiming to exceed guests' expectations.
- Floor (Server): You take ownership of your section(s) allocated on shift, taking pride in your area of responsibility and having a keen eye for a clean and tidy lounge. Whilst clearing/resetting tables and maintaining your sections, you will be engaging with guests.
- Food Service: You will be running food from the kitchen and looking after the self-serve food area.
- Reception:You are the first impression and set the tone for each guest's experience. By offering the warmest welcome and a smooth and informative check-in, you will ensure that our guests feel at ease and ready to sit back and relax. You will understand all channels of entry into the lounge and how to process lounge visitor check-ins correctly including informing guests if the lounge is at capacity. End of day reconciliation and billing will be completed accurately and on time at the end of your shift.

Our lounge is located through security at Luton Airport. You will be asked to work a 6-day rolling pattern - 2 early shifts (3.30am-12.30pm) 2 late shifts (12.00pm-9.00pm) then 2 days off. Please ensure you have transport available in order to travel to the airport for these times.

As this role is for our brand-new lounge, the earliest start date for the Team Host will be 9th April, 2024.
