It's an exciting time to join Tradeprint in this role as we integrate HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub & Service Hub Enterprise) into our E-commerce platform to accelerate our marketing, sales, and customer service capabilities and enable our success. You will work with a range of stakeholders across the business, working closely with the Sales and Customer Success, Data, Marketing and Technology teams so someone who thrives on collaboration and building strong relationships would be an ideal fit.

**Role Objectives**

As the go-to person for HubSpot at Tradeprint, you will optimise its performance and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives by working closely with leaders and stakeholders from across the business to understand the vision, goals and requirements and translate this into recommendations and actions. In this role you will:

- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success, Technology and Marketing teams to review, recommend and implement best practice processes and procedures within HubSpot.
- Act as the point of contact for sales, marketing, and customer service colleagues, answering questions, providing guidance, and coaching on how to get the most out of HubSpot.
- Create custom modules, templates, workflows, and functionalities enhance user experience and support specific sales and marketing processes.
- Oversee data integrity through data import management, data validation rules, data cleansing and deduping, reinforcing standards and conventions with other users.
- Measure and optimise HubSpot campaigns, proactively monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance strategies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on segmentation, measure results and optimise workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
- Build customised views, dashboards, and reports for users.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop, execute, and test sales and marketing campaign automation.
- Create and manage profiles, layouts, reports, dashboards, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users.
- Share knowledge and best practice, carry out training for existing and new users.
- Significant experience as a HubSpot Specialist, Administrator or Consultant particularly with the Marketing, Sales and Service platform and its various features
- An understanding of all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities
- Experience of analysing and presenting data to a varied range of stakeholders in a meaningful way.
- The confidence to delve into business requirements and make recommendations to senior stakeholders and Directors.
- Expert analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Commercial acumen and the curiosity to develop a strong knowledge and understanding of our customers, business and products.
- The tenacity to ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to tailor interactions to suit different stakeholder groups.
- A creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view.

**It would be great if they also have**:

- Experience in a similar medium SME sized E-commerce business.
- HubSpot Academy Certifications, particularly HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Service Hub.
- Basic proficiency or working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience of Power BI or similar software.
- Experience of Google Analytics - GA4.
