Care at Home Worker

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing home, or hospice care is preferred however not essential
- Ability to drive and have a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently
