Our Patient Meal Service team based within the Catering Team of AGH Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust are now looking for additional Catering Assistants - Patient Meal Service to join the team, where no two days or two wards are the same. As part of the Patient Dining Team, you will be responsible for the delivery of the patient meal service, and beverage service to our patients, along with some food preparation, cleaning duties, and temping of fridges and food, along with picking our patients food, and preparing this on our regeneration service trollies.

Full Training will be given, along with allergen awareness training.

Part Time - 15 Hours per week, 5 evenings from 7 between 1600-2000 - Mon-Fri

Part Time - 15 Hours per week, 5 evenings from 7 between 1600-2000

Part Time - 12 hours per week 4 evenings from 7 between 1600-2000

Part Time - 9 hours per week - 3 evenings from 7 between 1600-2000

Part Time - 6 hours per week - 2 evenings from 7 between 1600-2000 - Sat and Sun

The role of the Catering Assistant is to carry out all duties to the required standard for the provision of the catering services within the Hospital. To communicate with the Catering Supervisor and Management any problems and potential improvements in providing the service and to work to achieve departmental objectives

AGH Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trust and provides a fully managed suite of healthcare facilities for use by the Trust. AGH Solutions provides value to the Trust through its specific service offer and through its ability to manage developments and operational risk for the Trust and other parties, enabling the Foundation Trust Board to focus on clinical matters.

Airedale hospital is one of a small number of hospitals constructed entirely from aerated concrete and is seeking to access the Government’s new hospital programme. If the bid is successful, it will be a defining moment for the hospital and the community.

AGH Solutions is an ambitious company and wants to expand its services beyond the hospital walls and into the local region. The company has developed a business growth strategy for 2020-2025 and is seeking a Non-Executive Director that can drive the delivery of these ambitious goals.
