Job Overview:
As a Client Team Trainee at Supreme Locum Services Limited, your primary responsibility will be to liaise with NHS trusts and private sector organizations to negotiate bookings for local doctors at all grades, including SHOs (Senior House Officers), SPRs (Specialist Registrars), and Consultants. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.

Liaising with NHS Trusts and Private Organizations: a. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the services offered by Supreme Locum Services Limited and the needs of the client teams. b. Identify and build relationships with key contacts at NHS trusts and private sector organizations involved in medical recruitment. c. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their queries, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable solutions. d. Negotiate and finalize bookings for doctors at various grades, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement is reached. e. Keep up-to-date records of all client interactions, bookings, and agreements for future reference.

Compliance Management: a. Familiarize yourself with the compliance requirements set by NHS trusts, private organizations, and regulatory bodies related to medical recruitment. b. Ensure that all bookings made comply with the relevant regulations, including the submission of necessary documentation and verification of credentials. c. Coordinate with medical recruitment agencies and internal teams to obtain and maintain compliance-related documents and certifications. d. Provide guidance to clients regarding compliance requirements and assist them in meeting those requirements. e. Regularly review and update compliance processes to ensure adherence to changing regulations.

Team Collaboration: a. Work closely with the internal client team, including recruiters and account managers, to understand client requirements and provide the best possible service. b. Collaborate with medical recruitment agencies to source suitable doctors for client bookings. c. Share relevant information, feedback, and updates with the internal team to improve the overall effectiveness of the client team's operations. d. Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of medical recruitment processes, compliance, and industry trends.

Continuous Improvement: a. Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in medical recruitment, NHS policies, and private sector practices. b. Proactively identify areas for improvement in the client team's processes and suggest practical solutions. c. Seek feedback from clients, medical recruitment agencies, and internal team members to understand areas of improvement and implement necessary changes

Experience would be a desirable, but not essential as full training would be given.

Salary £22,000-£26,000, however this is a commission role also so huge potential to earn.
